I have been with Alert 360 for several years and they provide great service
Now I had to cancel my subscription and it is incredible difficult to remove my credit card. All of a sudden my password is incorrect or that I need a customer # that I can’t find anywhere. Very frustrating.

This app and service are horrible. Please don’t get it. Our cameras and mics record basically nothing. Our equipment doesn’t work half the time and the app is pointless as it doesn’t work any better. Wished we would have stayed with Vivint that was much better, and more cost effective. Locked into a contract with Alert360 so we’re screwed either way. They were great when we had them at our air Bnb that we ran for a little while (it came with the home) so we decided to make the switch at our personal home. Regrets.

Confusing
This app is not user friendly. I have been unable to find simple requests such as volume control, night settings, etc.
Terrible
Do not use this service. The technology is so antiquated that you can’t even download videos more than one minute without timing out errors. The best you can do is remove an SD card from the camera which defeats the purpose of remote access. This technology is from the 1990s. You’d be better off buying a ring camera. I had somebody die in one of my stores and spent two days trying to download clips to give to the police ultimately finding out that the best way to do this was to physically remove an sd card from the camera. This is absolutely unacceptable. Upon complaining, I couldn’t even get them to relieve me of my contract, all the more reason to not use the service.

Sensors
Why does it take hours for the sensor upstairs to post movement??? While the downstairs sensor displays it almost immediately? And I’ve traded them out.. renaming them to reflect their position.
The sensors have also BOTH had batteries replaced
And upstairs moved to a position that’s right where a persons head would pass as well as being placed in a more discreet area which would have been optimal…

Slow
This app rarely works effectively. It’s always slow to respond and live video never works when truly needed. Very inconsistent and inconvenient. It can be frustrating. Alerts are also slow and most of the time never capture package drop offs.
Mr. Smith
Door bell is slow need to gather activity faster.
App doesn’t work with WiFi anymore
Everyone I know who has frontpoint now has to turn off WiFi to work out apps.
Don’t like this app
This app needs to be updated. My last security app I was able to view all my cameras at live without having to press play on each individual camera. This app really not user friendly it has a whole lot of unnecessary nothing. Needs improvement.
Poorly designed app
Focus settings block ring announcements (unlike Ring app). Email to second user doesn’t work as it should. Stick to Ring devices/App

Not discrete enough
I have so many videos of rain and insects.. my ring doorbell has settings that look for people instead of any motion..
No payment feature
Why is there no payment option on this app? It would make life so much easier!!

This app and the alarm system in general won’t let you or provide you the option to delete your account and its association with a previous alarm account once you terminate service.
Delete all option
There is no delete all option for recorded videos.
