Alert-Com is not a consumer app and is not intended for individual public download or personal use. The platform is licensed and paid for by organizations and facilities (such as workplaces, schools, churches, and venues) as part of their internal safety and emergency-response infrastructure. Access to Alert-Com is provided only through a facility-issued QR code or invitation link. If the app is downloaded independently without this authorization, users may encounter issues—such as being unable to complete account creation or receiving connectivity-related messages—because the app cannot associate the user with a registered facility. Regarding customer service: during the timeframe referenced, there were no missed emails or calls on our support line. We take support responsiveness seriously and actively monitor all inbound communications. If you believe you should have authorized access through a specific organization, we encourage you to contact that facility’s administrator to request the correct enrollment link. If an organization is evaluating Alert-Com or needs assistance, our team is always happy to help through official channels.
