I don’t know FB allows them to reside in the store. Just plane does work and when you email support they said they stopped supporting this app in 2019
Nonworking app
What’s up with the app Apple updated and all the sudden you guys stopped working. You need to look at your programming and get it working again. It used to be a really good app but now I can only give it one star. Fix it and maybe I can update the rating. Don’t fix it. Don’t get updated. It’s just that simple.

Alert issues.
I haven’t been getting alert notifications since yesterday and I have a winter storm warning. Everything is selected for weather alerts but for some reason I didn’t get them between yesterday afternoon and early this morning.
No service in Canada
This app asks for zip or postal code. When postal code for Canada is inserted, you get a No Results message.
So if you’re in Canada don’t bother with this one.

It shows NO RESULTS for my location.
HASN’T BEEN UPDATED IN TWO YEARS
I used this app as my #1 go to. Now it won’t work on my phone at all due to not being updated. Have emailed company but no word as of yet. Would have been a 5 star but now only 1..... 😢

This was my gold standard for weather alerts and apps. However, I have emailed the developer several times about the timing of the update. Unfortunately, I'm not really getting any good answers. Will rate as 1 for the poor customer service; otherwise when the app worked; it was a 5.

This app used to work fine, but now that apple has come out with an update 11.0.1 it won’t work as it slows down my phone. Please send out an update.

I would rate this 0 stars if they're was an option, have to pay $9.99 for weather and other alerts, it's useless.

Unless you upgrade for $9.99, you can't get any weather alerts. The free version is useless.
