App doesn’t show anything and can’t set up any account. States “Error.. something went wrong try again later..”
To many ads
To many ads on the main portion of the screen, then the app looks like it hasn’t been updated since iPhone 4 because it doesn’t even fill my entire screen (iPhone 11). Most the other alerts by me are “other” no info given and very generic….
Map Doesn't Update
I used this app thinking that it would show me all of the events and crime in a place, but the map itself stays the same. The same "domestic abuse in progress" remained the same along with all the other crimes and events. I tried to look at Japan's map, but there's nothing there. In order to save your locations, you need an account which is unnecessary for an app that could locally store the location data. Also, to use filters to find specific things, you need an account. If we could text or talk to others on the app without "leaving our nest," then that's when you'd need an account. Also, the tag-lines at the top of the map are probably automatically generated. The tag-lines have "%20" replacing the spaces as if it's a URL. From what I can tell, the times that the events or crimes start or end advance themselves forward to make it seem like it was recent. This app functions like a prank app. I guess a crime detecting app was too good to be true. Only the cops know about the recorded crimes. Anyways, don't worry yourself silly with this app. I wonder if the website also has these same issues.
