Transfers can not be done
Every time I try to do transfer the app stops, update doesn’t solve this issue
تواريخ العمليات المنفذه خاطئ ومضلل بشكل كبير
الابليكشن سئ لو انت بتتبع عملياتك اللي تمت بيضلل يعني مثلا تكون عامل سحب يوم ٢٥ يجيبلك انك سحبت يوم ٢٩ في الشهر ود شئ خطير مضلل بالنسبه لابليكشن بنكي!
The worst service ever
Blocked my account after a hundred times of login trials and visiting the branch for 5 times and each time they send me details of activation which I followed with their customer service 19033 then lastly failed to login as invalid Id and password

بقالي 8 ايام بحاول افتح التطبيق مبيفتحش واكلم خدمة البتنجان وابعت ايميلات وانا خارج مصر وده السبب الوحيد اللي مخلنيش قفلت الحساب نهائي
كيف تصنع الفشل
افشل تطبيق وافشل بنك واسواء خدمة .. وغلطة عمري اني فكرت افتح حساب عنذكم .. والله حتي الفلوس ال في حسابي ماهاخدها حلال عليكم ..
افشل بنك تعاملت معاه للاسف
بنك سيء جداً في كل حاجه حتى الموظفين لا انصح به سيء جداً للاسف سوف يتم الغاء الحساب الاهلي وبنك مصر افضل بكتير جدا انصح عدم التعامل مع هذا البنك لسوء الخدمات والتعامل

Terrible app, changing the password requires a lot of logistics, not useful in anything other than knowing your balance which can be known via sms anyway
التطبيق لا يعمل بعد آخر تحديث منذ حوالي شهر
التطبيق لا يعمل بعد آخر تحديث يظهر به رسالة كأن الهاتف مُخترق في حين أنه لم يتم عمل أي شيء ف الهاتف وجميع تطبيقات البنوك الأخرى تعمل بدون مشاكل

I want to be fair
It’s a great banking app so similar to their parent organization one it’s one of the best in Egypt and I rely on it however it’s not the best because I think Banque Misr have better application with features like the customers can take appointment from the application so they won’t wait in the branch but overall Alex Bank is doing a good job

Good app for mobile same ADIB
Good app, but needs some modifications
The application is really good but after updating to ios 14 the application crashes before it even opens like it makes it like opening and after it is just close.
Okay, a new update 23/09/2020 after I contacted the support they asked me about the os version and the iphone model, then couple of days after They contacted me they got the application updated and it works just fine as before.

Application failure!
It was working normally until I updated my iOS version to be 14, guys i do lot’s of transactions on the daily basis and i need to follow up on my balance, please fix it!
