The OTP never comes through
Problem when logging on
Nothing is showing when logged in and you can’t access your investment page.

This App is ridiculous & terrible . I agree with the previous review . Not receiving OTP after confirming it’s sent to a mobile or email . Tried both alternatives . Can’t log In at all . Biometrics enabled but biometrics tab vanishes ..Very Frustrating . A rating of 1 is too much as it doesn’t allow nil rating . Pathetic

Can’t login
The app does not send a pin to my phone when I login using my ID. It then doesn’t recognise my email and password when I login using that option. The online portal doesn’t show my dashboard. Terrible experience overall
