Replacement app still won't recognize vin
This app tells me to install a replacement app but when entering the vin of my 2018 Alfa Romeo Giulia I get an error saying it's not found :(
Worthless like the vehicle
The only good part is I can delete the app. Sadly I had to call a lemon law attorney for the vehicle. Alfa should stick to the track and the 1980’s FCA/ FIAT is trash just like their vehicles, attempts at apps, service, and towing. Save yourself!
Love this car
At 54 years old I have never owned a car that is so perfect. I can honestly say when it’s time for a new car I plan to purchase another QV Alfa.

Can’t register on App
Tried 2 different emails. Don’t receive confirmation to complete registration.

Low-tech app, high-tech SUV
More than half of the app features don’t even work with my 2019 Stelvio. Maybe this is a US market only issue. Disappointing considering I paid $58,000 for this SUV.

I want to use the app
I have been attempting to register in order to use the app’s features for a couple days now. The confirmation email with registration instructions will not arrive as it is supposed to...until then, no registering for me.

The car has excellent power and feels very secure. I have owned Alfa’s since 1963 and at present have a GTV 6 from .1986 . Now in retrospect I can say that Alfa’s are works of art not machines. The Alfa’s have always been at the forefront

Will not register
Email stated is sent on registration is never actually sent. Limited access as a result.
Worthless App
A totally worthless app. The manual displayed is for the wrong vehicle, and the phone pairing instructions are for the “UConnect” system that Alfa does not use. Also the maintenance records displayed are totally generic and lack any useful information—kind of like FCA itself. And when your dealer forgets to give you a service receipt and enter it into the app, the “add your own service record” states “fail to connect to the system.”. Good to see that the FCA app has the same awful reliability as its vehicles—including Alfa.

Can’t even use
I’ve entered my email at least 5 times over the past few day to try to register my giulia. Says I need an email verification to add VIN however they’ve yet to send me an email. Sounds really similar to the dealership.
