Greatest app
This is by far one of the best car apps I’ve used. It’s easy to navigate, runs smoothly, and has all the features I need in one place. Whether I’m tracking maintenance, checking vehicle information, or managing my car, everything is organized and simple to access. I really love the features of locking and starting my car from the app too. Keep improving it. The app is reliable, fast, and consistently updated with useful improvements. It has made owning and maintaining my vehicle much more convenient. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a dependable and user-friendly car app.

90% of the time doesn’t cut it to unlock the doors
Coming from a silicon valley mentality, i expected this app to be clumsy, and mostly useless. that part met my low expectations. however basic operations like unlocking the car and turning it on need to be 100%, they aren’t. it’s useless if it’s not reliable right? so its completely useless.
A Few Quirks
Does everything it’s supposed to do with one oddity. When I use the send and go function I get a notification that the location was successfully sent to the vehicle. Then, about half the time, I get a second d notification that it was unsuccessful. Nevertheless, the destination always shows up in my NAV system. In the end, it doesn’t affect the final outcome. The function works, but the “unsuccessful” notifications suggest a bug or handshaking issue somewhere along the chain of communication.

I’ve never had any issues with the app, nor the car. Love my Alfa and the app supports it well.

Needs work
No matter how many times I turn on Face ID on my iPhone Alfa Romeo® app it somehow shuts off and why am I not able to control the windows from the app?
Glitchy
Glitchy/buggy app. Other luxury brands have smooth CarPlay. Smooth GPS. Always have to start the car twice from the app because the app doesn’t function well on first open. Nothing but issues with the app. Just got rid of another brand and their app was quite smooth. Get with it. People don’t want to spend tons of money for problems with the technology made available.

The app is okay. However where is the vehicle health?! Where is the fuel level, tire pressure, and other vehicle health features?! Non existent! Terrible experience

Charging status for hybrid/electric

Disappointing is an understatement.
This app has all the functionality of an early 90s DIY website, and the speed of a 56k modem to match. It’s riddled with bugs and glitches, has more ads than useful functions, and if you need to contact customer support you will need to take several weeks off work so you can focus on navigating the problem full time. You’d expect more when you work really hard and decide to spring for an Alfa Romeo, but you’ll find better, smoother, prettier apps for cars that cost half the price. Disappointing is an understatement.

Not quite there yet
Probably one of the more basic remote apps I’ve seen on a luxury vehicle. Which makes it frustrating when the remote start always takes 2-3 tries to work. Also, adding the ability to set the temperature would be a really nice option that I’ve had on other vehicles.
Glitchy. Slow.
So glitchy. Car often does not start with app for no reason. I often get logged out of account. Face ID turns off randomly.
