Decent but needs favourite locations and orders
Good app, great coffee. But an ability to save your favourite location and favourite standard items would make it a smoother and faster experience. I was ordering on my commute in and it defaulted to a shop several blocks away, based on my current location at the time of opening the app. My standard Alforno location very kindly made my order for me when I got there but I don’t want that to happen again. It took me less than 2 minutes to set up the app and less than 1 minutes to order and pay!

App has issues
This app needs some work. The order pick-up time defaults to a random time even though a different time or immediate time is selected within the app. It’s a great coffee shop, so it’s a pity that the app is causing negative goodwill.

Extra buttons to hit
This app looks great. I just had to hit an extra shot in order to move forward. Not that I want the shop but it charged me an extra dollar $1.15. That could be because I got the larger size cup. I’m not too sure. Otherwise I would’ve gave the app five out of five.
