app has a dated UI and there is no option for 2auth login protection, probably not going to give them any personal information. nobody responds to chat messages either.
User experience 5 star
I found the app extremely user friendly and straightforward. I ordered my Freestyle Libre sensors with ease and I couldn’t believe how fast they arrived. This is now the only way will purchase them as it’s so convenient and easy. Highly recommended!
Bad slow no response
Says 2 hour delivery but it’s took them 5 hours to answer me at first and now I’m on day 2 tryna get my prescription filled and I had to cancel because they stopped answering me. Very inconvenient
Faulty questionnaire programming
The app is nicely designed and seemingly well-intentioned, but fails to be useful due to errors in the questionnaire design. For example, if a list of options does not apply to you, there is no N/A option. You cannot proceed to the next question without selecting a non-applicable option, so you either have to lie or give up

Don’t get this app
I tryed getting a doctor note throw this app and I got nothing! I even emailed and I got no reply and when I got a reply it was a month later all they said was there are no doctors available in your area and we have put in a request
And when I asked why does it take so long to get a reply they stopped responding. And I got no doctor note at all it should not take a month to get a doctor note!

No Doctors for Appointments
Beware they ask for your health card etc. then no doctors are Available. The 1-800 goes to a personal vm.

I love Algo
I could not be more thankful to these amazing individuals for saving my breastfeeding journey. I was 4 months post Partum and had lost my milk supply but thanks to these wonderful people at Algo with a combination of medication I was able to rebuild my supply and rekindle my breastfeeding relationship with my baby. If you need to fill a prescription or book a consultation Algo has you covered. Very simple to use and track your orders and consultations. Would recommend.
What’s the point?
All the advertisements online said I could speak with a doctor and set up an appointment. But I can’t, it says all clinics are closed and all doctors are unavailable. Even if they aren’t online right this second, the fact that I can’t even schedule with them feels odd. This is just an app to buy expensive prescriptions from what I see.

Don’t even bother
Perhaps it’s useful for those with prescriptions. Thats about it. Their prices are super inflated and they have little to no variety of products. I guess my expectations were too high.
