Not useful or interesting
The Alhambra currently does not rent out audioguides. An employee said that the contract with the audio guide company was not renewed, so no audio guides are available for the foreseeable future. I tried this app instead. After paying 5 euros on this app’s website, you get a code to gain access to the app’s content. The content is not very interesting or informative. Each room gets a few sentences. I didn’t learn much from listening. The directions were also hard to follow. I wouldn’t recommend this app. If you really want to learn something about the Alhambra, take a guided tour or do your own research beforehand.

Schwache App
Einloggen funktioniert nicht. Deutsches Menü springt ständig auf Spanisch. App für mich völlig nutzlos, direkt wieder gelöscht. Hoffe vor Ort kann man ein Audiogerät leihen. Da hat der Entwickler richtigen Schrott programmiert!
Unmotiviert, wenig informativ, nicht chronologisch
Die deutsche synchronstimme klingt sehr lustlos. Informationen über spannende Räume erhält man kaum. Die sonstigen Probleme wurden bereits von anderen Rezensionen vielfach genannt.
Alles nicht in Reihenfolge
Die Punkte werden nicht kronologisch abgelaufen. Mit dem ausgehändigten Plan hat die Nummerierung nichts zu tun. Wenn man das Telefon in die Tasche steckt, wird die Erzählung unterbrochen. Man muss mit der einen Hand das Telefon halten und mit der anderen Hand einen großen Ansichtsplan, geht gar nicht. Testen die Entwickler eigentlich mal selber was sie produzieren? Ein Stern, weil kostenlos und weil doch einiges an Informationen erzählt werden.

Works great when tickets bought at Granavision
For the real audio experience you need to book (i.e. buy) an audioguided tour at Granavision (I booked my entry tickets and the audioguide via GetYourGuide). When receiving your entry tickets you also get login and password information. With that in mind the app works like a charm. Had a really pleasant visit to Alhambra. I don’t know about conditions at Alhambra itself because my planned time and date where no longer available at the official Alhambra sites.

Simply terrible
I wish I could give it 0 stars. Just doesn’t work. Save your time and bandwidth.
Poor Design
Clunky and not very organized. They need to add an option to allow you to turn your screen off and still listen. Or change apps so you can take photos while listening.

Rubbish
Loaded up ok but no sound available. Not my phone - ended up having to read the way through which defeats the purpose of an audio guide altogether.
Cannot listen
Downloaded all the audio, but it requires email and customer key. As it seems you can only listen if you bought the tickets as a group. Worthless.

Traduction nulle et info pas intéressantes
L'audio guide n'a pas grand intérêt. La personne qui parle est espagnole donc compliquée à comprendre. Les informations ne sont pas intéressantes et on a du mal à comprendre les indications concernant les lieux que nous devrions voir (en raison d'une applications mal faite). En plus, un site autre audio guide bien mieux est disponible via un qr code que l'on peut scanner.
