Response from developer
We apologize for any problems you encountered. We would sincerely appreciate learning more about the issue you encountered via feedback@aliasmobile.com to give us the opportunity to resolve it. Unfortunately, the Report a problem -> Request a refund workflow effectively skips our ability to resolve issues proactively. We strive to provide a great user experience and rely on user feedback (via the Provide Feedback option in the app) to conscientiously resolve any issues through our Customer Support and continuously improve our service. Thank you for the opportunity to serve you.
