DO NOT USE - SCAM
Prebooked and paid for a taxi and they never collected us. Rang the service line and they said they didn’t have any taxis available and refused to refund us or collect us. SCAM

Won’t accept card details. Used two separate cards both wouldn’t accept.

I tried the app and the website, once it gets to the stage where you put in your hotel name, I started typing it and it appeared on the screen. I clicked on it and it was entered automatically into the box.
I clicked continue, then received an error notice saying “You must enter a hotel or address from the list”…..I did.
Clearly a trash app, so I’ll stick to Beniconnect.

Nightmare
Took money in advance I had covid last year before flying asked for return from hotel to airport to be cancelled and a refund or credit and guess what nothing.Way over fair enough pay for pick up not return when they knew I was not there.Apaarently is one old lady who makes the decisions and could not even answer me.

Money focused first! No compassion what position you’re left in! No doubt 90% of business is tourism! Unprofessional at all costs! Happy to take booking then cancel then 10 day money refund! Crazy
