I’ll keep it short and simple: this app is not fully functioning and needs work. I downloaded it for my hotel stay on vacation and could not use any of the services without bugs or errors. This is not a finished, tested product
Copper Mtn linkage doesn’t open anything in Alice
Alice just sits with a blue screen and their white logo. Not terribly useful.

who programmed this?
App doesn't work. Desktop version is ridiculously insecure/vulnerable to innumerable attacks that will seriously ruin a guest's stay in the real world.

This is the second time we have tried to use this app. 4 months apart. It lets you read the items but makes you call in your order. Lame!
Doesn’t even work well
I downloaded it so that i could plan my vacation but when i put in the place i want to go it doesn’t leave the home screen. Tried deleting it and reloading the app on my phone still doesn’t work. Would rather call the hotel to make plans.
Not working
Nothing will open, not even the demo.
Wanted to try but doesn’t work
Both demo and selection of hotel revert you back to start screen when you select. Tried on a couple of different devices with the same result.

Constantly Crashing
All this app does is crash. Literally can’t even view the hotel at all. Thought maybe it was just my phone so my boyfriend downloaded it and the same thing happens. Can’t view anything. Even the “demo” just crashes to the main screen. Useless.

Doesn’t work
I type the name of my hotel and it comes up but then when I tap it it just brings me back to the search page. So frustrating.

App does not even open. Put in property name and selected. It tries to load, but then just reverts back to the main search page.

Downloaded, set my hotel. Clicked the button to look at the hotel map, instead it said "The Apple Security Center says you have three viruses." Clicked the button to close out of the map, and instead it took me to the App Store and tried to get me to download Norton Symantec Antivirus.

Most user friendly app in the market place
I travel for a living and this is by far one of the best apps I have ever downloaded. So convenient and so easy to use. Completely replaces that stupid hotel room phone - can make any reservation or order any amenities the hotel offers at my fingertips. Highly recommend the use for any ALICE supported hotel

Just made my stay
Just stayed at the gansevoort and this made my trip. So easy to move around New York and stay in touch with the hotel!
Incredibly useful
So easy to do everything from my phone. Have been let down in the past with other hotels apps but everything i requested showed up and this was so easy. Seemed the staff liked it too

The cleanest, and most elegant experience I’ve found in a hotel app. Ideal for when you’re on the move or don’t have time to deal with staff…There is no doubt that this is the experience of the future.
