Just to let you know that your Alice in Puzzleland had developed an annoying glitch. Watching ads do not always register, so you have to watch multiple ads before you are given your 3 extra moves. Sometimes 5 or more ads. I love this game so please fix it. Many thanks.

I lose my props before I can even play
EDIT: since I posted this review, I am now stuck on level 1220. I have passed this very hard level, TWICE, without any props/boosters, and both times the game won’t allow me to proceed onto the next level. Is level 1,220 THE last level? Regardless, I am deleting this game. Doesn’t look like anybody from the game, responds back to these comments anyway.
This game has been fun, BUT, “this” happens more often than it should. I’ve overlooked it many times, but now I’m tired of losing my real money on props that get taken from me. Each day when I open the game, I get to spin the wheel for the chance at free stuff to help me in levels. Before you go into a level, there are 3 items offered. It’s where you can purchase props for 3 coins each. I happened to have the circles that explode, banked. I selected to aid me in difficult level. The middle prop is an arrow, I had those banked so I selected to use. The 3rd to the left is an option to get 3 more moves. I did not have any banked so I bought 3 more moves for 3 coins. Those coins came from a $20 package I purchased with real money. So I went into game. My selected props were added as well as 3 more moves. On the bottom left, there is one more chance to add an arrow prop if I watch a 30 second ad. I selected that. Then all my game says is LOADING. LOADING. LOADING. LOADING. LOADING. The ad never loads. I can’t play the level. My only recourse is to turn my phone off. Reboot. Go back into the game and select to play my level. At this point, my props I had banked are now used up (because I selected them for previous game that froze on LOADING) I am now down 3 coins (which I purchased with real money) and I have to start the level over again. I went to the APP store and looked up the game info so I could contact them to “give me back” the props and coins I had lost due to the ad not LOADING LOADING LOADING, and their contact information is in another language I cannot understand. So here we are. 🤷🏻♀️

Disappointing
I wanted to like this game, and in many ways I did. But to have no option to pay to remove ads was frustrating. Playing one level, a.d, level, ad got old really fast. I deleted, but if the opportunity arises to pay to remove ads I would reinstall.
Crazy
I’m giving this app only one star for several reasons. One being there is absolutely no instructions on how to play this game. Had I not played match 3 games before, would have had no clue as how to play. The other reason is the the mission board, move board, and boosters are literally sitting on top of the game board. I have missed many moves due to not being able to see the board at the top and bottom. Fix these and you might have an enjoyable game.

I first gave it a 5 star. I changed it because every time I lose a game it doesn’t give me a chance to continue on. It stops the game throws me out. I had 29 hearts I could of used. I uninstalled and reinstalled I figured they might still be there be. Most games recognize you but it didn’t and I lost them and it didn’t fix the problem either.....

The game is great but I wish there was a way to pay and get rid of the ads.
Fun to a point.
Quit the annoying quicken loan ad that has no way to get rid of it but to exit the app and reload it in order to continue play. Apart from this, the game is very enjoyable.

Love this game, almost perfect
I have spent hours playing this and I love it. Nice graphics and very entertaining. Playing on a 10” Kindle Fire I have no complaints at all. Playing on my iPad I have some minor issues:
1. When playing the game, the board is slightly obstructed, sometimes on the top, sometimes on the bottom, and sometimes both.
2. The ads are much more intrusive . I really wish there was an option to pay for an ad-free upgrade. I love the game and would gladly pay for both the kindle and iPad versions.
