New changes
Yikes. Changed build times from 40 seconds and 1 minute to 1 minute and 3 minutes. No thank you. Compared to other merge games that one is the lowest of the pack and with that change I think this is when I uninstall this one.
You keep changing things
I really love this game and want to give it a good rating. I love that you basically let me buy as much energy as I want because there’s so many different ways. I hate having to wait. I’ve spent a lot on this game as I do with all of my merge games. However the first thing you changed a while back was how many rubies/gems it takes to cut the time down on a merged item. You more than doubled it and I never used that function again. Now you changed the time. What took 40 seconds now takes one minute, and what took one minute now takes three. Those are not small changes. This show that you have no respect for your users. I’ve decided not to play this game any longer. None of my other merge games have done this so I’m baffled as to why you did. Oh..right…money. Maybe it won’t offend the new players and you’re probably betting on that but if they happen to like merge games like I do they will definitely notice. Once again, I loved this game so this is very unfortunate.

ポイ活で始めたこちら、1年8ヶ月くらいやってます。笑 長く続けられたのは絵が綺麗だったり徐々にエリアが広がっていくのが楽しかったからだと思います。 個人レベルは32でMAXで、1年半くらいで達成したと思いますが、その時も、これまでのレベルアップと変わらない報酬しかなく、何かストーリー展開があるかと期待があったので残念でした。 ただ城や工場？をすべてアンロックしていなかったので、これが揃ったらフィナーレがあるかな？とコツコツ進めました。 ついに最後の城をアンロック！その後のタスクも完了！したけれど、やはり何もなく、、、 3日ごとくらいのイベントも1年で1周なのかもう新しいのが出てきません(今後アプデあるかもですが)。 一番モヤるのは、盤の雲が全部取れなかったことです。これまで、城をアンロックしたら、雲が晴れて次のエリアが現れる流れだったので、新エリアでないにしろ雲は晴れると思っていたのですが。 もしかしてここは別ルート雲晴れのエリアなのか？！ やっぱり進めたいのはメインなので、サブルートのコンプのために続ける気にはなれず、、、 何よりコンプしたー！って感じの報酬とかなかったのが残念だったので離脱します。 ありがとうございました。

I love playing this game but how do you contact support? The app support takes you to Facebook and I need help with the app.
Save progress/ version
I can’t even link my account from android to iOS, every time I log in my progress from android doesn’t even load. I don’t know if it has to do with different versions but that shouldn’t matter because other games don’t do this; iOS or Android you can still sync your progress. Please fix this.

So much potential
I love this game but it really needs improvement. I have all these items and I dont know what any of them do. You click on all this stuff and nothing happens, it do say what it is, how to use it, what it does

今までなんとか不具合が起きても出来てたのに いきなり何日か前の状態になった(￣^￣) 必死にマージして集めたのが、最初に戻るとかあり得ない やる気一気に無くした、､､､､､最悪 イベントの交換も全く出来ないし、本当にイライラする 不具合が多すぎるし、なんの解決も補填もない

I really REALLY dislike the fact that we’re forced to play the great foodini. (The screen dims and won’t go back to normal until you play through the “tutorial” it is extremely annoying to me especially since I have zero interest in playing the great foodini or other similar mini games within the game.
I also noticed a change that I’m not a fan of. They doubled the cost of diamonds to speed things up. When I emailed them about it they said they hadn’t changed anything. I took screenshots and said you’re telling me you didn’t change this? Then it’s no response. We never get diamond chests anymore.
I also wish they’d add a feature to only merge in 5’s or at the VERY least add an undo button. I am quickly loosing interest in this game because of these things.
