About

Alien Crow is a Safari extension that supercharges Reddit with 100+ customizable tools. It does the most on the classic old.reddit.com interface, the dense, fast layout power users love, and it also cleans up and enhances modern reddit.com. Browse your way, faster, cleaner, and without the noise. Alien Crow is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Reddit Inc. The "Reddit" name is used here descriptively to identify the platform this extension enhances. How it works Install the extension, open Reddit, and Alien Crow gets to work automatically. Open the extension popup or full settings page to enable, disable, and tune any module to taste. Most features shine on the classic interface, so by default Alien Crow can take you there; turn that off any time and use it on modern Reddit instead. Key features - Dark Mode & 20+ themes: Dracula, Nord, Catppuccin, Solarized, Tokyo Night, OLED black, and more. - Ad & annoyance blocker: Strip promoted posts, app nags, login walls, chat widgets, NFT and gold promos. - Comment tools: Auto-collapse AutoModerator, mark controversial comments, persistent collapse across visits, jump between top-level comments, custom depth limits. - Saved content manager: Unified viewer for bookmarked posts and saved comments with search, tags, and import/export. - View deleted content: One click to view removed comments via Reveddit. - Live threads: Auto-refresh comments without reloading the page. - Inbox preview: Read messages and replies in a popup without leaving the page. - Enhanced search: Add sort, time, flair, and operator filters; click any flair to search for it. - User insights: Profile pictures, history analyzer, persistent user tags, OP/mod/admin badges. - Layout tweaks: Wide mode, hide sidebar, compact posts, zen mode, multi-column feeds. - Privacy & cleanup: Strip tracking parameters, anti-procrastination timer, history sanitizer. - Power tools: Command palette, keyboard navigation, quick reply templates, mod toolbox, RSS feeds. - Gallery navigation: Browse galleries with arrow keys. - Bionic reading: Bold the first part of each word for faster reading. - Per-community banners, custom logo links, OLED dark mode, and dozens more. Works on classic and modern The classic layout is faster, denser, and friendlier to power users, and it is where Alien Crow goes deepest. Many tools, themes, dark mode, blocking, and cleanup, also run on the modern redesign, so you are covered wherever you browse. Privacy Alien Crow runs entirely in your browser. It does not collect, transmit, or share any data. All settings are stored locally on your device.
