Not only do you have to pay for the game you only get one alien and half the features, you need to pay the full amount again to unlock all aliens and features.

This game is sooooo good I want to be a real doctor one day when I grow up so it is very cool for me and I do role plays in it I like this game get this game people please it is soooo good with no ads😀

My 3 yr old nephew somehow bought something that was $5 and when I came to look at what it was and what it included, every single alien has the same..SAME Injuries and the same everything, there’s nothing new. For $5? No,no, that’s ridiculous

It says ‘diagnose six aliens’ but you can only do one then they want money to unlock the other five.
My 7yo completed the first alien in a couple of minutes. Not worth paying for a 10 minute game.

Needs Improvements
I’ve always loved these type of games. And this one has the potential to be a lot of fun, but there are some issues that need to be addressed. The view seems to be to large for the screen on my iPhone, so certain features of the game are not accessible. Then there are minor graphics issues. If this get resolved this game would be awesome. Please fix soon!!
