No connection
Downloaded the app and it worked fine for 2 days, now it’s saying that I have no connection, we have the app on two iPads and an iPhone and all of the apps have stopped working.
No fast playback
Not much use if you want to fast forward through footage and the fastest speed is real-time. Back to the old version I suppose.
Poor
Bad UI and poor UX. App does not connect using iPad 2 with iOS 9 and on my iPhone 6 with iOS 11 I keep getting memory error and the app zaps battery so has to be removed from background and then it takes too long to launch when I need to view camera.

What support
I have emailed support a few times and never had a reply. I think that just sending a email to fix this problem will not resolve the issue it need a app fix and not a problem that be fixed by the end user. You will be waiting a while for it to get sorted use the non HD one it works ok still until this one get fixed.

Shocking update
Since the latest update this app don't work on any iPad! Very disappointing! Fix the problem ASAP and notify us please! I genuinely can't believe they messed up such an important detail. If my house gets robbed, I will be sending you the bill!
