Transfer Page is Blank
I try not to use the app and practice good financial habits but sometimes things happen. The last 2 times I’ve used the app to try and get funds, the transfer page is blank. Nothing happens. And that’s not a good thing. FIX YOUR APP!!!!

The app is only show transactions from April 2024! Nothing current.
Trash App Stole Money
This app is trash. It barely works… when I finally got it to work it only worked for a month then all of a sudden it’s asking me to create an account like I never existed and then keeps saying token invalid! Well duh! I’m an existing customer why is it asking me to create a new account randomly. Then the customer service number doesn’t even work for me or HR! It routes to some random persons VM! Literally reporting them to the FCR and BBB definitely shady business practices.

App is Clunky but Dependendable
The app does not offer instant bank account account transfers, and is very out of date looking, but it’s always worked as intended and I’m mostly happy with the customer service.
Unable to update billing address
App has issues trying to go into settings. Loads a blank page.
Been okay
Would love if card connected to Apple Pay. Also the app periodically is down and can not access funds. Otherwise, been super convenient early access to my pay.

App was working fine and then comes Friday - Sunday I worked 2 doubles and I had OT so I was expecting about 5/600 dollars for me to access it early BUT my money never showed up like this is the one time I NEED my early pay and it is not showing up. My job need to find another early pay app this is bad. I called customer support and she was confused and NO help. I’m glad I have early pay with my bank now I have to wait 2 more days SMH 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

The concept of being able to access your money early is great. However, this app is slow and if you need the money in emergency well you will be out of luck and disappointed.
