This will work for you!

This app has everything you need, I use it at home, and in the gym. It’s got so much content it’s unbelievable. Easy to follow and understand, can workout following the videos of a real person, which means you get the correct technique or, work through the list. I am currently doing the 6 week programme, which is working, I am used to working out regularly and this has pushed me even more. If you’re new to exercise you can lift lighter or use body weight. With so many things available on there, it’s a bargain, pick and choose from high intensity, to stretching, core, Pilates. Some videos are shorter so you can do a number of them if you wish. Any problems or questions Sarah is more than happy to help, make suggestions etc!

So easy to follow!!

Started using this for lower back pain caused by unaligned pelvis and love it. Easy to follow exercises that work!! 😊

The best

This app is absolutely fantastic! Nice clear layout, loads of content for any level of fitness and goal, and exercises are easy to follow. I love the videos as Sarah is extremely knowledgeable, and you feel like you are training with her in real time. Lots of videos to choose from, with or without equipment. And there is dietary content, too! This app makes me confident that I’m on the right track, and is keeping me motivated to keep going!

Sarah is a Lifesaver

Sarah’s approach to exercise, nutrition, and managing pain has completely changed my life. She is understanding and determined and can really help you to fix even problems that felt unfixable. The app itself has lots of helpful videos that are great for managing pain- particularly love the Desk Reset series to help combat all the sitting at my office job.

Great app

I’ve started my journey a couple of months ago and I couldn’t be happier. The app is really easy to use, it’s great you can see how long the exercises take so you can either plan ahead your workouts or do a few on the spot.
The exercises are really well explained, you totally get the feel of a personal trainer being with you in the gym.
The nutrition coaching is really good too. I feel really supported and I’ve lost more weight in 5 weeks than in 3 years on my own!!
Easy to adapt to any kind of life style so definitely worth it! 💪🏼

A Life Saver!

I had been doing Pilates with Sarah for some time but this new app has been a lifesaver. In my 70s, and following a series of operations which left me becoming a Couch Potato, I’m now in my fifth week of using this app, including the nutrition. The goal is to become fitter but in the process I’ve lost 3.5 kgs (8lbs) and best of all I am brighter, happier, and full of energy again. I really recommend this app. Thanks Sarah

Amazing App

Sarah was recommended to me as I had back and neck injuries. She used her knowledge and experience to strengthen those areas. So when she launched Align and Shine it gave me the perfect opportunity to work on my flexibility at home/gym. The content is amazing and easy to follow. I particularly like the Desk Reset and Stretch to Success sections.
I can’t recommend this App highly enough and with a 7 day trial then a low cost what’s not to like.

Must have app for fitness and strengthening!

Sarah is an incredibly knowledge fitness and Pilates teacher. The app has brilliant content covering fitness, strengthening and flexibility using a mixture of Pilates and weights. As someone who has a history of back/pelvic pain this is a great app to get strong with and - especially as a mum of 2 under 5! - the videos are short but intense!

Highly recommended

Sarah is a fantastic Pilates teacher. She is so knowledgeable and her classes have helped me so much with pain management, strength and general fitness. To be able to access them through the app now is great, highly recommend

Great app

Sarah is a very experienced and knowledgeable Pilates teacher. I like how she differentiates as she goes along, tailoring the exercises for you. As someone who has suffered from lower back issues, this is perfect for strengthening that area, giving more flexibility and less pain. This is just what I’ve been looking for and there’s a lot of content so an amazing amount of choice. Highly recommended.

Fantastic.

I started Pilates classes with Sarah when I was pregnant & moved added 1 to 1 classes to correct separation of the abdominals after pregnancy. I am now working on building up my strength. Sarah is very knowledgeable and patient, my body is in much better condition after her guidance. I love the range of videos from mobility to strength, they are not too long so can easily fit them into a busy day but can also add 2 together to make a longer workout. Loving the app as the routines are easy to follow and there’s plenty of choice and I feel great every time I complete a video.
