No more free features
With the new update, there is no longer access to free content. I purchased the monthly subscription at one point but don’t see it being worthwhile on an ongoing basis. I wish there was still free content especially for users that have paid.
No longer Free
You were able to have full access to your profile without paying and certain aspects inside if you wanted to go deeper required a subscription. For someone that has had this app for years and that free feature to all be locked is disappointing and also dissatisfactory. I should still be able to go in and read about my chart without needling to pay for a subscription. I still do love this app but I just simply wanted to give my feedback.

Add 2x to audio clips
Hi! Please add a feature to speed up the audio clips. They are so slow.
Stopped Functioning
I genuinely used to love this app and the content, however it recently completely stopped working for me. Nothing will load, so it's virtually unusable. I tried reaching out to customer service since it's a paid subscription. They told me to delete and reinstall. I've tried multiple times. It still won't load any content. Will sadly have to cancel subscription :(. I wish it worked still.

Disappointed
I just paid for access on 8/2 and now the app is fully AI and it’s making me pay again. No option to read it’s forcing you to listen to someone read it to you. Worst decision ever

Pleaseeeeee return the app to a more simplified version, this new update is very confusing and hard to navigate and too digital meta-crazy vibes.

My human design journey started here
I used to love this app. It was $5 a month and provided so much value and was light mode during the day and night mode at night. Now it’s just dark mode. It’s significantly less user friendly and I just noticed it updated today and is awful! The mode is even darker, I can’t even see my own design that well. Everything is changed around and the main reason for this one star review is I’ve tried to contact a human about how to change it to light mode several times with no answer so maybe a terrible review will get their attention? Also I’m paying double what I used to pay and I can’t see a thing.

can’t see anything without subscription
this is a useless app. this is a website course turned into an app. you can’t do or see anything without the subscription and the social/journaling features feel like tacked-on additions. this is a useless app.
Obsessed
I’ve been using this app for four years and it has been sooooo helpful for me to not only understand myself better but so many of my friends, family, and clients. I have recommended it to dozens of clients over the years and it continues to blow people’s minds with how helpful it is
No features on free version anymore
You used to be able to see your bodygraph with the free version but now you can’t see ANYthing on the free version. Yeah you need to make money but it made sense that you could access that before, and then your daily tips, etc would be paid. Now I just will find another app instead of upgrade.

I’m a huge fan of Jenna Zoe. I’ve bought her books and gifted her books and was using the app regularly. I purchased the subscription and had it for 3 days before being unable to access the app any longer. My PW didn’t save and the error to get back in for last 4 hours is TSL error. I’ve tried on phone and laptop and nothing. Can’t get the email to reset PW and try again that way. All data indicating deleted when attempted to resolve the app glitch but deleting and redownloading from App Store

Love the New Features
I really like the new AI q and a feature. It delivers a surprising amount of nuance and it sounds like Jenna’s voice. I also like that it saves the question history for reference — this is invaluable! I’ve already used this app for guidance and insight for a long time, and the new feature gives even more of those things. Thank you!

I’ve gone through heaps of Human Design apps, books and teachers and Jenna’s work resonates the most with me. I use the paid version and I think it’s incredible how much you get for the price. For me, the best Human Design app.
not working
the app & the website have been down, not able to create a chart for almost 2 weeks now. app directly is not working when logging in, nothing shows and keeps loading endlessly.
Rly wanna love, but…
There are so many bugs. Like it’s ALWAYS buggy in some way. They don’t test the new features enough before releasing them. For example, the new AI feature — I just tried it for the first time and immediately got an error. The decision maker doesn’t allow you to delete old/duplicate entries which just makes it so messy. I don’t understand how they haven’t fixed these things yet. Jenna’s verbiage can also be sometimes vague, which is a good or challenging thing depending on the circumstance. One thing lacking in this app is info on the energy centers. I at least like that I can have all my people saved in one place, but they’re gonna have to do more/try harder because the energy updates alone are no longer worth the paid subscription.

Can’t see chart after latest update
This was a great app but I have a small screen iphone (which is important for some people with smaller hands or joint issues) and it won’t show the whole chart. Everything worked fine before. I’ll up my stars if they fix this but otherwise I need to unsubscribe. 😢
Desperate for your money
Can’t even view your own human design chart for free anymore. So desperate and lame. And AI SUCKS
Can’t screenshot???
I’ve had this app for a while now and I’ve always been able to screenshot in the past. I just went to put something into ChatGpt for it to analyze a comparison for me and my screenshots are blank and it won’t let me screen record for my own personal use. How very lame for an app I pay for. I won’t be any longer.

Shame, it’s pretty much illegible
The content was wonderful, however, beautiful in appearance, the functionality is no longer there. The beautiful hues make the text pretty much illegible, and the text is very small to begin with, if there was a way to enlarge the text, that might be helpful.
I’ve reached out to support via eMail multiple times, the actual link for support doesn’t work. You need to copy and paste it to an email, and although I’ve emailed multiple times I’ve only got an automated email back.
It’s unfortunate, because the app does have a lot of wonderful information. However, if it’s not accessible to read, it makes no sense to pay for it.
I’m hopeful someone will read the emails, and some of the similar reviews here that say the same. It would be nice to get the app back on track, and as wonderful as it could be. Until then I will be cancelling my subscription.
