Amazing app
Align is a great app to use for everyone. I’m really impressed by the quality of the app and the content. It’s easy to use and to navigate around and to search for things you need. Ive only had a positive experience and I highly recommend it!

Absolutely love the align app. I have been following Felicity’s training videos for a few years now and keep coming back. There is so much variety and she really does have something for everybody. Great for anybody looking to have a good stretch and gain or improve overall flexibility.
Great Training Platform
The align app is a great training platform with easy to follow workouts. Align provides a variety of videos for different levels including meditation videos and fun stretching challenges. The app has a calendar feature so you can keep track of the training you’ve done and plan in advance (essential for busy people) overall I would really recommend the align app to anyone.

Wonderful training platform for an aspiring pole dancer or anyone who wants to increase their flexibility.
Amazing app!
I have been pole dancing for 10 years. Up until I tried felicity’s ALIGN platform I was fully self taught with my contortion. Using this platform has done wonders to my flexibility, alignment and form. It has also given me peace of mind in using correct safe techniques and adjusting anything I had previously been doing incorrectly. My flexibility is much more even now and I experience less trouble due to the uneven flexibility that often occurs when one is self taught. I also find this platform amazing for my mind. Some training sessions, my brain just can’t focus and I just don’t want to have to think about what I’m going to train.... so I put several align videos on instead 🙂Having Felicity there to guide me in my stretches with her patience and realism takes the pressure off and lets me just relax but know I’m doing wonders for my body. Her approach to stretching has helped me also approach my art more consciously and focusing more on my breath, which I was previously not connecting with. Many of these videos are also amazing for using as warm ups before pole! 100% recommend this app for anyone from beginners to experienced pole dancers! Fabulous teaching style and very peaceful vibes ❤️
