Kicks me off

I have been trying to add my email and location and it’s not allowing me to do so. It kicks me out every time and when it comes up, CA businesses are listed. I’m in the midwest

You can’t log on or create an account with Apple. Demands an email but doesn’t recognize it. Demands you create a password but doesn’t recognize it. A Trojan horse communist data scraper?
