البرنامج غير جيد ويسيئ للبنك ولم استطيع تحمله بسبب سوء الواجهة والتعليقات المتكرره وحذفي كمستفيد من البرنامج في اكثر من مره. ارجوا حذفه وتصميم برنامج جديد بدون اي تردد ليواكب التطور التقني للبنك ويرضي العميل. ممكن تستفيدون بالاطلاع على برنامج (امان الراجحي) الخاص ببنك الراجحي.
Can’t reregister token again
It still asking me when I login on inma app or inma internet if I want to use token or mobile sms!

انا الان خارج السعودية و مبتعث و حملت الابليكشن وفعلته في فرع من فروع بنككم و بمساعدة ممثل خدمتكم في البنك. الان الابليكشن ما يعمل و انا في امريكا.

When I choose that the app is checking for beneficiaries activation upon opening. It stucks on this condition and no more codes are generated

Another issue, the app should have an option to send the generated code to the internet banking application if installed on the same iPhone

Problem with the app
The app works fine as access token and activation for beneficiaries, however after activating the beneficiaries the app can’t be used to generate access token to the account.
It will be stuck checking if there is any new beneficiaries to activate.
