Most functions don’t work of you don’t have a chinese SIM card. Sms verification does not work and you get stucked

J’installe l’appli, je rentre mon ID (validée), je rentre ma carte bancaire (ça semble bon), et puis une notification de restriction impossible à lever. Un service client inutile qui n’apporte pas de solution concrète autre que de créer un nouveau compte (sérieux ? Un gros manque de transparence et d’explication claire). Bref wechat semble déjà plus accueillant pour les étrangers.

AI customer support is useless
Literally no help at all, can’t connect to a human support and just sends the same automated messages in a loop. Absolutely useless

uses ai for everything. impossible to get working unless you go through 10 different rounds of “verification.” you can do everything right and still be denied access
Please make app smaller (take up less storage)
