Im not sure if i dont know how to use it but its not giving me the right price

The website doesn’t work on mobile and neither does the app. Whenever an AliExpress link is pasted or shared using the “More” feature it always says that there is no record. This goes for every item so now I have to rely on AliExpress PriceArchive.
When doing share and more via the AliExpress app then it works, the amount of info shown might vary from item.
