I have lost so many reports . App is extremely buggy. I love the concept but just isn’t there yet .
Losing data and entire report now.
The app is now logging in and out on its own and when it finally logs in (2-3 min) all draft reports are missing. Then later in the day when opening a new record for a different account the missing report shows up but you can’t save it or delete it. This is frustrating, after spending 2 hrs at an account all the data and photos are deleted.

Keeps losing data
I have used this app for for than a year and the latest update is bad. It is to the point where the reports won’t load or if it loads the reports it will refresh as you are adding data, all data is lost, the app will freeze or it will make blank several copies of the report you are working on. I can service one building but end up with 6 reports. This is a bad app but I’m forced to use it. Please help.
Edit: can someone tell me how to clear the completed / submitted reports from recent reports? I have reports from March still in there. I am tired of uninstalling this app. Help please.

Love/hate relationship
I have a love/hate relationship with the app. It’s amazing and when it works, it’s so dang impressive. The ease of reporting and inputting photos to increase the reporting experience for our customers is something I really enjoy. The issue is the app is incredibly buggy. I always make sure it’s updated. At times, I lose lengthy comments or statements, I have severe issues even trying to log in as it never loads. I’d like to strictly start using the app only for my reporting but unfortunately at times, and often I have to use our web based system and I’d prefer not too. If the bugs ever get squared away, it’s 5 star all day.

This App has continuously gotten worse. Been using for my job to record testing but the app keeps crashing or does not populate my clients and it does not like you to edit your word if you try to correct a misspelling. At this point I have to download the app everyday after deleting it to even attempt to record my results. So frustrating. The older version of Aliquot was so much better. Please upgrade the dynamics of this app

Garbage app
User interface is great and makes reporting efficient. But if I have a dollar for every time the application froze and lost all my data, I’d be probably be able to retire in my twenties.

Reporting is easy with the app. Unfortunately none of my previous Report comments are ever available for me to utilize on future reports. On a rare occasion the previous comments tab will show up but nothing is available in its drop-down. Most of the time no previous comments are even available.
