Poor Customer Service
We wanted to use this app instead of a third party-app but are greatly disappointed and frustrated with the experience.
There is no order number or details to identify your order. The Help feature does not provide a contact number and calling the restaurant just leads to weird voicemails or a message that the service has been disconnected.
We are missing a few items from our order which took almost an hour longer than the estimated delivery time and there is no way to reach out to anyone for help with the missing items.
Door Dash fulfills the delivery portion of the order but since it is not placed through DoorDash they do not deal with the customer service.
Would highly recommend ordering through DoorDash Dash until they have a proper support system in place and add basic features to this app.
