I am in Pune’s Worst hostel Tribe Stays and having worst electricity app experience. Residents are forced to keep recharging electricity with no unlimited plan available. Even though the property has solar panels, the electricity charges feel unreasonably high and the unit consumption shown in the app raises serious questions. The billing system lacks transparency, making it difficult to trust the charges being applied. Would not recommend. Fraud !!

Very poor service. Extort you for more money by cutting your power.
I have been living at a rented property managed by HelloWorld for about 2.5 months now. We had an agreement for the services included in the monthly rent which explicitly included the maintenance charges (I have an email from their side confirming this). However, in the 2nd month they suddenly added an extra ₹1000/- maintenance charge and cut off my power until I paid the charge. When I raised a ticket on the app, they closed it the same day without any contact with me and marked it as resolved.
Do not trust this app or the company HelloWorld. They extort money from you and I plan on taking legal measures against this latest extortion of theirs.

“Worst app and worst service ever! Aliste Electricity app is nothing but a scam. They show random extra units every month and charge way more than the actual consumption. I’ve been getting inflated bills with extra money added for no reason, and their system never shows accurate readings. Even after complaining, customer care keeps giving excuses and doesn’t resolve anything. The app is full of glitches — payment fails, history doesn’t load, and everything feels rigged to take more money from us. It’s frustrating and unacceptable how they are looting customers like this.”

In stanza living they have started this prepaid thing using aliste app it is waste on money they will overcharge over consumption will come for 3 4 days bill is coming around 400 they will deduct unnecessary charges i am seriously frustrated
