Best Fitness Tracker On The Market ATM
I used to powerlift for years in my early 20’s and my coaches used to program me via Google Sheets. Long story short, I stopped powerlifting in this second half of my 20’s and I’ve just been gymming casually without really tracking any of my workouts on anything. I’ve been taking the gym pretty seriously gain to compliment my current Marathon training and I stumbled upon this app, Alkeo. If I’m being honest, it’s very easy to use, track, and build your workouts which are layed out in a calendar format. I’m a super big fan of the UI as well! You can access your old workouts and toggle a history log to see what you did the previous week! It’s a very well developed app and it’s very addicting to log your workouts and see the progression of your lifts! I’m excited to see how they further develop this app! Hoping for integration of bio metrics such as HR, strain, recovery score, and etc. . . Perhaps running and GPS as well?

Made for lifters
Really enjoying Alkeo so far. It’s a great tool for tracking my workout and progress. The RPE tool is one of my favorite features, it gives me a better idea of how my sets are actually going and helps me make more informed decisions about the weight and reps I should use.
Clean and Convenient~
Out of all the workout trackers I’ve used, this one stands out. Not only does it have a clean and intuitive interface, but it also comes with great features.
I personally enjoy being able to track my weights and progression over time, while also having an RPE scale to record how each set and workout felt. The customization options for exercises are another great Liz and make the app feel more personalized to the user.
Been really enjoying using this app for my workouts and I would recommend it 100%

Good workout tracker app
Honestly a super cool app for beginners like me. I work out casually and always forget how much I lift and what exercises I did last time. This app lets me know what I did previously without having to guess.
Also helps motivate me since I can visually see how many days I take off between working out. It’s a useful app all together
The UI is nice. Very simplistic and dark background

Not like the other trackers
Have been using this workout tracker for some time and can definitely attest to the quality and ease of use of this app. Unlike other trackers, this one provides the ability to add your exercise, weight, RPE, and log everyday. The ability to roll forward some workouts have been very helpful and something that helps me not waste time but rather focus on the workout. Have a go with this app and you won’t regret!
