What's New in Alkexpay

35.1

July 17, 2026

What's changed? We're glad you asked. Here is the rundown of what's new: KYC Resubmission Flow for Card Applications Users whose second KYC verification fails during card application will now receive an in-app notification prompting them to complete the outstanding step. The user is taken directly to the exact stage that requires attention — document upload or selfie — removing guesswork and reducing drop-off during onboarding. Secure Card Details View (CP2) Sensitive card data is now displayed within a hardened, secure iframe. This strengthens data protection for cardholders and aligns the card details experience with the highest security standards expected by our card issuing partners. Enhanced Transaction History Transaction history has been improved with clearer status indicators and expanded fallback handling for pending and failed transactions. Users now receive more detailed information on why a transaction did not go through and its current status — improving transparency and reducing support inquiries. SSN Collection for US Cardholders (CP2) In line with our card issuer's compliance requirements, US-based users are now asked to provide their Social Security Number during the card application process. This ensures full regulatory alignment and uninterrupted card issuance for the US segment. Interface & UX Refinements A range of interface and user experience improvements across card rows and key screens, delivering a cleaner, more polished, and more consistent app experience.
