The App is super slow and takes forever to input data. For example when we click a text box to provide data, it takes forever to load.
Needs a lot of improvement
Attachments size is an issue specially for pictures. I keep on getting errors even when complied to all requirements… progress of the claim is not updated until it’s complete.

User Interface is terrible
Please please improve the user interface. It is so difficult to navigate and looks like something from the 1990’s. The information is all there, but very difficult to find.

The just stopped working altogether
The app was not great but it worked. After the so called upgrade 2 weeks back it stopped working altogether. I can’t even login now

One option at a time
The app gets stuck every time, it’s updated but still the same. Example, I go an me check the limit for dental, I am unable to go back and check other options. I have to exit the app and come back again. Its user friendly.

Every time I open the need to enter the user name, password, Activate the Pin number, secret question and answer and confirmation to use the Face ID, really irritating. Once I set I should with Face ID. Developer please fix it.

App design is poor. Has performance issues. Crashes at certain functions. Password stored explicitly in user profile! That’s a major security issue!
Limited App
Limited app. Not much functionality. Crashes a lot. Preapproval section doesn’t work. The app needs a lot of work to be up to standard with competitor insurance companies.
