Doesn’t work
I saw something on sale at rays in Gold Hill Oregon and it said I needed to download the app to get the sale price. I do this, go up front and although I can select the item in app it never comes up with something to scan. They can’t figure it out either and say I need a physical card in order to get the item at the sale price, but don’t know how I can get a card. I mean, I rarely shop here anyways because of the price so wasn’t expecting much. But I did almost get something on sale so it was close to a good app? Except it didn’t work.

Needs improvements
App was downloaded moves at snails pace to open , deleted and downloaded without seeing any updates and still incredibly slow. Does not offer an Apple Wallet facsimile if the AAR card to scan at register and does not match all items shown in the emails or weekly store ads. Needs improvements. Poor when compared with other grocery stores apps.

App hangs up
The app hangs up constantly and sometimes the screen freezes and I have to delete it and download it again. The app doesn’t work in conjunction with the store needs. Can’t download or retain items selected to get the price in the store. I should be able to select items to save for the digital coupon use, but I can’t. It’s almost worthless as a coupon anything! Even the store employees have to ring up my items snd then adjust the price to the savings coupons. It wastes my time, the employees time and causes the cashier’s line to stall. A terrible concept!
