Fees upon fees
Never have I encountered a bank with so many hidden fees. They refused to reverse them, closing accounts asap. Very cumbersome outdated app too.
Why have an App?
You are better off just writing a check and delivering it to the bank the old fashion way. You can’t do anything with this Bank’s App, unless you are paying an AABank loan with an AABank checking account. It doesn’t link well with any other banks and tech support is nonexistent.
Logging in is very frustrating
Always nags me for a password, or to enable face id even though it’s already enabled, which kicks me out and ends up asking for a password anyways. Redneck bank app was much better at logging in. Password reset process is annoying too

Mobile deposit nightmare
We love our bank. This is nothing against the bank whatsoever but this app is a nightmare. If you need to do anything with mobile deposit you’d better set aside some time for it. I mobile deposit checks regularly, and I have to be prepared to reload the app around 5-6 times every deposit. Today I was able to get my mobile deposit in with the app only crashing twice! It’s a sad day when I know that I have to have at least 10-15 minutes set aside to deal with the app crashing constantly just to get one check deposited. Called the bank when it started doing that and was advised to download their partner banks app and use that instead. Their app does the exact same thing. Super frustrating.

Better mobile app for banking than most others
One of the easiest graphic user interfaces out there. For a small bank this app runs circles around pathetic apps like BancFirst’s. All America Bank’s mobile app implemented Face ID very shortly after it came out, has never crashed on me, and gives a running balance taking into consideration pending transactions. The mobile banking is awesome too. Compare that to BancFirst’s business banking mobile application which is less advanced than an abacus as it “cannot display a running balance showing minute to minute changes in an account balance” - isn’t that simple addition & subtraction? Anyway, I love the app & I love the bank. Thanks AAB!
