Waste of time
Why have a all black app that doesn’t show upcoming tours or upcoming games. No real information available, a complete waste of time even uploading it.

We're constantly working to improve the app experience and make key information more accessible to fans. Tours, including Rugby's Greatest Rivalry and Lions 2027 can be found under the All Blacks and Black Ferns sections respectively. Fixtures can be found on the Homepage and within each Team page. Please contact our support team directly if you need any further assistance. We appreciate your passion for the All Blacks and Black Ferns.

Such a great app. The app is quick, easy to use and looks great. Been using it heaps to keep up with fixtures, team announcements and tune into their NZR+ content. Everything loads fast. Keen to see what features get added next!

NZR Do it again
Another terrible effort to engage fans. Am I the only one looking for live scoring, team lists, live player performance stats?
Too slow to load
Takes forever to load the content. Gave up
Can’t find what I’m looking for.
I’ve been a rugby fan my whole life and used the old app all the time. This one is a shocker. I’ve just given up on it but thought you should know. BK
Can’t log in
Can’t log in as it says I have a proxy or VPN which I don’t have
Fixtures
I downloaded the app to see the all black line up. NOTHING ???
All Blacks app was better
Loads of content, but good luck finding out what time the game is or anything else match related.
Missed opportunities
When you make a change it should be for the better, an improvement.
This app is far from an improvement! So much of what used to be available is gone or buried in unlikely places in the app.
Most basic is the game schedule - if it’s there, I’ve not be able to find it. In the old app it was front and centre.
Then where have the words to the Haka gone?
All we’ve got now is a “coffee table book in an app”, even the highlight reels are limited and dour.
Bring back the calendar of events/playing schedule, please, if nothing else.

Worst rugby app
Can't even find the match scores....
Doesn’t work in home network
Works well in 5g or 4g but doesn’t work in home network even if u live in New Zealand.
Possibly the worst sports app
This app is embarrassingly bad. As per many other reviews - no fixtures etc. Tomorrow is the biggest ABs game outside of RWC - vs SA at Eden park - but no info on the time for kickoff, teams etc.
Same for NPC - no fixtures or standings.
If NZR are trying to drive fans/customers/revenue to other platforms this is the right way to do it. The primary info that fans want is current info - not replays from 1990.

Fixtures etc
I can’t seem to find fixtures details. Love to know kick off dates and times, team lists etc but can not find anywhere!
The Rugby App
You’re better off downloading the rugby app if you want access to fixtures. It’s free and doesn’t have Sanzaar all over it.
Where’s the detail?
Where’s all the matches, stats etc for all the competitions!!! This app is a backwards step well done NZR
Bad app
No dates of fixtures / no tables / no teams / no overview / no matches. Hard to find anything a total waste of time.

Got rid of the All Blacks app, and don’t even provide this key information in the new app.

Most useless info gathering sports app ever! Frustratingly annoying. Downloaded and deleted several times hoping for an update but no. What’s going on NZR +, don’t know what the plus is for, should be a minus -
