Got lured in to download this app to receive discount using a code but it had ‘expired’
Offer deals and don’t follow up
Keep getting offers and they continually say expired when not having been used. I’ll use Just Eat thanks 👎🏼
Voucher doesn’t exist!
Decided to try it as it kept popping up a £2 off voucher but says it’s not available when trying to use it!
Terrible
Downloaded the app after always using the website, due to prompting by the website to get a ‘discount code’. On doing so couldn’t process payment it just kept saying ‘error’. So had to go back to the site and forfeit app discount.
All eat disappointing
Downloaded app. App suggested a discount code, when applying code was expired.
The AllEat don’t work
So after a large ammount of orders the ALLEAT discount dies not work. By now I should of saved a few quid. No where to add it when ordering 🤬

Don’t honour discounts and awful customer service
Don’t use it!
Lying when I tried to order my food, it was showing that I will get discount. I copied vouchers but I need to download app. I downloaded app and try to use my vouchers. It is saying that they are expired so it doesn’t work.
Awful UI and customer service
UI is terrible and unnecessarily difficult to use. I can’t tell if it’s the chat function or the customer service staff that are underperforming but when it eventually loads there is no indication that it’s connected you with a person, and when you are it disconnects mid conversation.
Scammers
So the chat times out constantly if you have a problem with your order. We had our first and last experience last night. The food was utterly disgusting so much so that we didn't eat it and left it outside and told them to come back and collect it and refund us. They didn't obviously! So for an expensive food order that was disgusting they refused to refund. Wouldn't have given it to a homeless person.

Expired codes being advertised
Downloaded the app because it said £6 off- In partnership with Alleat, used the code which was given but it said expired. Used the live chat to explain what had happened and got a reply saying “ Sorry that the code is expired now, will do update”

Just awful
This is the jankiest food delivery app I have ever used! A note to the dev team: Please put a ticket on your Jira board to hire someone with actual UX and UI experience! Oh my god the UX is like pulling teeth!
Great Service and App
I recently found them online and used them for the first time. Very easy to order and easy to navigate the app, overall a great upcoming business. Highly recommend!

Completely useless app does not work as cannot receive verification code
Be careful of Credit Card
Used this for first time ordering online and they took two payments from credit card rather than one. Very difficult if not impossible to get hold of. You’ve been warned, be careful. I will contact Apple regarding this company.

Needs to be slicker with the interface. Had to repeat details too many times.
