Annoying In-game Events
This game is fun when you get to play it and I love the colors and food items. What I hate is every time you go to start a level the game stops you with all these in game events and ads. Just let me play the next level without 5 pop-ups coming up of this stupid mascot. Not every game needs a mascot. Just let me be a black hole.

Bombs mobility
I understand the bombs are there for the challenge but can you please create some feature where we can move the bombs out the way. I have tried so many different techniques and most of the time the bombs are stuck in place. The circle can have a feature that blows them out the way every so many seconds or something. But it’s getting annoying that not even the magnet will move them so you can retrieve the items to go on to the next level. Thanks

Deleted the game
First off, the game is extremely well-made with only a few bugs here and there where images jitter.
Second, the customer facing team is very responsive to feedback, but the end result is NOTHING being done.
The longer you play, the more difficult the game gets to where regular levels are like hard used to be and hard and super hard levels cannot be done without power ups and/or boosters, and then you can't even solve those. They brag that the development team can solve the levels. Yeah, when I coded things, I could easily handle them as well. Game is now deleted.

Commercials too Long
I love the game. The commercials are way too long 3-5 minutes of commercial that you have to interact with for a 1-2 minute game. And, when you pay to remove ads, you get two games with no ads, the a game or two with ads that have a banner that says this is not an ad. Then the full ads come back. Finally deleted it.

Lies
i'm going to be honest this is a very fun game. But there is something that bothers me, because I downloaded this game from an ad that said that this is the Wi-Fi free game. Yet when I logged on while I had no Wi-Fi, it told me that it couldn't operate because I needed Wi-Fi to play. So my problem is if you're going to advertise a game that's Wi-Fi free actually make it Wi-Fi free and customers fix this. Check yourself before you wreck yourself.

Addicting
It’s a great game overall but there are a few things that make it annoying.
1. Some levels are absolutely impossible to beat in the amount of time given, forcing you to either wait for power ups or spend money
2. I’ve seen many repeated levels.
3. The game keeps freezing, there are days were I cant even log in and play because it just keeps loading. Once it lets you play, as soon as you’re done with the first game it freezes again.

Music Change?
I've been playing this game for years, (this is probably my first or maybe second app review) and suddenly I update the app and the music is completely different. I hate it :/ please give us an option to toggle the old audio on or off because I don't even want to play the game listening to this weird elevator office on hold phone call noise 👎🏻💔

Helps with anxiety
I love this game, it’s great to lessen my anxiety. I play so much and don’t mind purchasing the packages to keep my boosters going, however, the one downfall is — when you pause the game and your device goes into sleep mode, the game restarts and I end up losing all of my boosters that I worked so hard for. I’d rather start the stage over with my boosters if I cant just resume, something needs to be done about that malfunction . Other than that, this is a great game with no aggravating ads.

Addictive & Fun
I love this game, it’s super addictive to play. You earn new packs as you progress, so the content never gets stale. I think the rewards are fair too, the game doesn’t make you pay to win.

Love the game, but too many pop ups
I love the game so much! I spend so much of my free time playing it. But it’s kind of annoying having to click the same 5-7 pop ups and challenges I don’t want to do just to start a level. It would be kind of cool if we could choose which packs we want to have in the levels
Frustrating at times
The game can be very glitchy and inconsistent. At times items will fall in hole with no problem then the next in line “jams”.
Used to love
This crashes all the time on my iPad and the black hole features hasn’t happened. Disappointing
Too many glitches
I’ve had a glitch for two months now, and customer service just keeps asking if I’m having the same issue. Seriously, at least 5 times now. It’s comical at this point. I don’t think they actually work to fix issues with the game. It’s basically a huge money grab.
