So happy that I was able to schedule an appointment and chat with them through the app. It’s so hard when I think about something on my car while at work and can’t call. This made it so much easier!!

I was able to chat with the dealership without even logging in. They helped me with my username and password so that I could log in.
So CONVENIENT!
This app has made keeping up with my car’s maintenance so much easier. I can schedule service appointments directly through the app, instead of having to find time to call into the dealership, where I’m sure sometimes they’re too busy to quickly answer the phone.
It’s been super helpful to have easy access to their customer support chat as well.
I am just wondering if there can be a feature to add the other vehicles in my family to the app so I can keep everything organized in one place?

Doesn’t work
I tried numerous times on the version prior to this and this new updated version Allstar Group app, you cannot schedule service through this app, as the times will not populate when you get to the section to select a day and time to schedule service. Suggestion for next update; The owner and employees of Allstar should test their app before releasing it.

Can’t create account … bleeds to screen edge
Trying to create an account on the phone is frustrating. Everything bleeds all the way to the edge, and I can’t get past entering the password/phone number. I enter it, but am not permitted to do anything else…cannot advance at all.
