I’m having a problem
I’ve used this app since 2023 and it’s be wonderful for the past three years…until this past 2 months. Every time I save a video, it never has the audio! I was wondering if by any chance this could be fixed or if maybe this might be something on my end?

Short download
I’ve had this app for over a year I even paid for another years subscription after the update my downloads only download for one minute. It can be a five minute download and I only get one minute. Very displeased.

Player is all messed up. The full screen feature is non-responsive. Video will not stay paused. This happened right after your last update.

I have the YEARLY membership and YOU GUYS KEEP TRYING TO CHARGE ME FOR A WHOLE NEW SUBSCRIPTION JUST TO DOWNLOAD AT HIGHEST QUALTY. I used to love this app, but ever since you guys updated, I hate it now. I can only download at 240p. This is ridiculous… You can’t even contact support or nothing. You guys don’t even help. I already canceled my membership but PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP so it doesn’t happen to anyone else in the future.. Smfh

This is great App! But recently post the Apple iOS update to the latest unable to save the videos from URL’s especially from YouTube urls.
Too many ads but it allows me to download videos I usually can’t in social media
