Player is all messed up. The full screen feature is non-responsive. Video will not stay paused. This happened right after your last update.
Trying to get customer support is impossible and apparently no longer exists.

What the heck did you guys do to this amazing app?????
I have the YEARLY membership and YOU GUYS KEEP TRYING TO CHARGE ME FOR A WHOLE NEW SUBSCRIPTION JUST TO DOWNLOAD AT HIGHEST QUALTY. I used to love this app, but ever since you guys updated, I hate it now. I can only download at 240p. This is ridiculous… You can’t even contact support or nothing. You guys don’t even help. I already canceled my membership but PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP so it doesn’t happen to anyone else in the future.. Smfh

Great App!
This is great App! But recently post the Apple iOS update to the latest unable to save the videos from URL’s especially from YouTube urls.
Too many ads but it allows me to download videos I usually can’t in social media

About the best I’ve found.
Like the title says. Searched the App Store without satisfaction until I found this. This works and I haven’t run into too much I couldn’t download.

In the iPhone version, there is no place to paste a url. But there is on the iPad version. Pretty lame…
Videos not downloading
First thing is video is not downloading and next this is has downloading the add which is coming before the video

Pointless app
Used to be awesome but they did something to where now you can’t search youtube for video to download. Literally no purpose for this app at this point.

Honestly this app is amazing but the ads are insane but it’s been free so far so I don’t mind
Works great has only one issue for me
five stars because it works great. I’m talking about a premium of course, but it’s affordable.. it downloads fast the only issue I’m having is that for some reason the app data will eventually get super high and stay at like 29 GB and I have to delete the app and then reload it start over. I don’t understand why the data stays like that maybe I’m doing something wrong but that’s the only issue that I’ve had otherwise it works flawlessly downloads from yT or whatever no issues. I’ve tried some other sites with varying success. Once in a while, it’ll have some problems getting certain videos but for the most part it’s working great very pleased.

NOT DOWNLOADING
Watch the ads, click them when it says reward granted, then it pops the download button up again and doesn’t download a thing. Useless. Keeps asking me to select a size when I don’t want to and just want to watch the ad and download.
