App login is confusing. The example given is not clear. I finally got in and it’s someone else’s account. I tried multiple combinations for account number and PIN. So glad the billing is separate. Not sure why the level of login security is necessary to simply see the trash and recycle day schedule.

It would have been 5, if I can make a payment through the app. I like how you set reminders and shows what day is recycle days!!
