Great game

Very fun and easy to play. Looking forward to updates. Keep up the great work!

Nice Job

Very fun game that requires you to pay attention. Make sure to read all the hints before hand. This was will thought out. Can’t wait for the new characters!

Top tier

Im really picky with my games. But this game was worth it! It’s so much fun and has a steep learning curve imo. Each run I do I get a little better and as I understand mechanics more I do a little better. It took me pretty long before I actually ended up beating a run. Give it a try!

I finally found it

This is the type of game I’ve been looking for. We’ll done developers. Please keep adding to it and making improvements.

Response from developer

Thanks! More major updates and improvements are planned for the future.

One of the Best Mobile RPGs!

I’m a huge RPG fan and had been searching for one that didn’t force micro transactions/ads for quite a while, and after reading the reviews on this one, there was a particular trend that sold me. The developer responded to nearly every constructive criticism and in many cases promised to add requested features or updates, I was shocked in the best way!

It’s clear the dev truly cares about this project, and it’s obvious in the gameplay. This is an incredibly well thought out mobile RPG that has a fairly steep learning curve, but in my opinion is 100% worth the challenge for gamers of any experience level!

Response from developer

Thank you! Yes the game is constantly getting updated with improvements and new content!

Been keeping up with this game, and it’s really good.

The developer clearly works full time on this game because he updates very quickly with smart balance changes and new classes and class/monster/item/skill updates that are well thought out and improve replayability.

I greatly appreciate the opportunity to avoid being unwittingly bent over a barrel by one or another invasive corporate advertising entity, individualistic in nature and seeming to be in a constant state of war with one another. Only the keen observer will Notice, however; they all wear a distinctly tiny hat that causes them to fly into an uncontrolled rage that causes them to inadvertently reveal their true allegiance to each other.

Every. Single. Time.

TLDR; a Roguelike RPG that achieves the difficult goal that every competent developer aims for which is to be fun yet difficult enough to feel satisfying on completion without feeling the usual need to get rid of it to save space. So it’s pretty much like finding wife material but in mobile gaming.

the game is AMAZING, my review is too long, and didnt fit. couldn’t say enough good things about

More Suggestions: I think occasionally there should be a guy who “rudely” asks you to leave and you should be given the option to fight him. Occasionally esp an exit to a level could be to an underground (cave or dungeon) stage where the entrance is in the middle of the map but not hidden…and occasionally an exit could also be a slope or stairway upwards in the middle of a stage if the stage is in a cave or underground

Suggestions: should be able to “kick” bombs with the “kick” ability. Backstab in D&D does 5 times the damage and consider all the rogue abilities in WOW, like blind, Kidney shot, building combo points to have a more powerful attack, poison use etc…that would make the game even more fun. Distract should be a thief ability in stealth and more effective. Thief should drop caltrops. Wizard should also have, a teleport or blink ability, like in WoW? Other Wizard spells: Wall of Fire/ice/spikes. Also a warlock class with curses like WoW…but not the weapon system which has too many generic items. In the future increasing levels and having more variety of monsters and biomes (small castle/keep/moathouse, underground areas which require digging and picks with Dwarves and Dark Dwarves and underground Dark Elf cities from AD&D Queen of Spiders, village of orcs later game or kobolds if early game, in the middle of the plains, in later stages after adding higher character levels, a slaver harbor city where you can rescue some or gain followers after defecting the slavemaster/pirates, and at even higher levels can go to different dimensions and realms, like what is in Throne of the Bloodstone AD&D 1st edition, or get on a boat, and fight on the seas, and at higher levels an airboat like in SpellJammer and go to an Alien planet )

Review: That “coming soon” on the opening page got me salivating Pavlov-style. This developer consistently improves this game. This is what Sword of Fargoal 2 should have been. The combat is good. For a turn based rogue-like I have not yet played with a better combat system. Battleheart Legacy is better in its combat but that’s real time with pausing but has less replaybility. Battleheart Legacy does story better too, which this game could surpass with more updates with better writing. I saw one review about this being hard…that does not make sense if you play on normal mode. Perma Death is like 10 times harder and I beat that and I have a low IQ. Nightmare is 10 times harder than that…and I can not beat that lol but I’ve tried many many times, and that mode IS like Dark Souls for this genre like I saw someone say. This game has major replayability bc of the very legitimate challenge in that difficulty, and the numerous classes, but better written, branching and illustrated story art (which is not costly and demanding of the game engine, I imagine for a few images) would drastically improve this game. Really enjoyed the previous updates with the small village, and the crypt, and the mushroom world. More of that stuff would be appreciated. Update: So excited about this new update. Conflux looks nice. This game is by far the most value you can get for your money. It should cost $20 bc its more fun than those games that cost that much, but i think i bought it right when it came out for pennies. I’m donating more money to this game. This game is FUN.

just get it

fantastic game. completely worth the full purchase price to get all of the extras. keep up the good work, maybe make the inventory dynamic so i can reorder it at will?

Couldn’t last beyond the main screen

I discovered within seconds you get very little of the game content for free. Most of the content is locked behind a pay wall. Only good thing about this game is you see it immediately compared to other games that try to hide it.

Топ игра

Всем советую. Очень крутая.

Большое спасибо за поддержку! Новый контент в разработке, следите за обновлениями!

Update crashing

I updated the game and now it’s doesn’t work.

Обновление все испортило

Меняю на 1 звезду , т.к. после обновления игра при старте миссии выдает ошибку

Response from developer

Ошибка исправлена в версии 1.2.13. Получается ли у вас теперь играть?

Read before you buy.

So, first off, not the worse game out there. The trail lets you play a couple of classes. I felt like the game was descent but I felt that I couldn’t fully experience it without all of the classes. So I bought it and after trying out the classes and game, it just feels lazy and boring. I made an archer class and I was melee it more that shooting my bow. You will get items along the way that are opposite of what you need, it’s almost silly. I tried to get a refund but they wouldn’t do it. Just saying, if you are curious and unsure during the demo, I think you shouldn’t waste your money or time. Just my opinion.

Very fun mini rpg

I don’t usually write reviews but this game deserves one. A+

Fantastic game

All Who Wander hits the perfect balance of simple core gameplay and depth of options. Well worth the couple bucks to unlock the entire game. I dread to imagine how many hours I’ve put in in the past two weeks.
Really impressed with the updates. Balance improvements, expanded item pool, etc.

Response from developer

Thank you! Look for new updates to the ability system coming soon!

best game on app store

I feel like I must’ve played this game more than anyone, as i’ve been playing it since release and play it every day. I wrote many reviews how great the game play is and I’ve donated money to its development because I liked the initial game so much and kept seeing updates. To me this is by far the best overall game on the app store . It captures the best aspects of Sword of Fargoal outside of the music and is the penultimate turn-based strategic dungeon crawler, and improves on it with D&D/Battleheart Legacy/Diablo style character classes & skill trees, a variety of environments with adequate status effects. And its constantly getting updates. Things I don’t like: 1. I don’t like that these generic WOW style equipment and sets and purple items were added to the game. It kind of diminished the game’s mystery and uniqueness. (it seems it would be better to make each item appear only once so that when an item does appear its precious, instead items appear repeatedly) 2. I don’t like the story is a very minimal and weak aspect of the game, and the choices made in the game affect gameplay somewhat, but some choices should also alter the story, after all, it is an RPG. The game has such an excellent “combat” mechanic and that should be a vessel to tell an even better story. 3. The forge seems badly implemented. Seems better to skip it most of the time bc you can save money and get something much better later, whereas the forge upgrades are too random. But it could be because I keep choosing the wizard and don’t understand it better. 4. There are too many repetitive events and items in one run, like the wary guy living in the middle of the forrest and finding multiple arcane staff, maybe the item after found could be moved from the random item pool? 5. I hope more dialogue, monsters, dungeons, skills, dragons (with how they are portrayed in D&D and even Fargoal as extremely strong), events, shops (this is where you should be able to order drink (instead of the beer coming out of a chest) and even rest perhaps), a city, with a handful of random events not unlike the ones from Talisman, unique encounters, will be added. Talisman does the unique and random turned based RPG/fantasy encounters in a very cool way, with a similar turn-based combat. 6. Followers should be improved to wear gear, have skills improve, affect encounters with their unique skills, racial and traits. 7. Races should be added as a choice to affect a few ability points like in D&D, affect combat (some races are better at killing orcs or whatever), change encounters, and affect the story. 8. . (update) HOLY MOLY fat new update! so excited! 9. Followers should be able to retreat from bombs that we worked so hard to protect. This is a very disappointing way to lose followers 10. There should be an auto-wait button until something happens, similar to the one that lets you walk to the exit. 11. I think a cool new quest that could mix things up a little is, you go through the last 5 days to get to the top of a tower or depths of a dungeon (this was like Sword of Fargoal) to retrieve a treasure, then escape with it, with all sorts of awful creatures chasing you.12.Lightning seems like it would cause extra damage on water 13. perhaps spears do less damage against zombies, while swords may do more. blunt weapons do better against skeleton types, or some kind of similar mechanic 14. the bushes on fire don’t continue to damage enemies, but it seems like they should 15. there should be an interactable tavern on the road, if not a town, where you can walk around, rest for the night and depending on your charisma and dice roll, get into fights, find clues to solve a puzzle, hear rumors to a sidequest & treasures, find or hire new allies etc…

Thanks for the detailed review and feedback! Story and lore was not a huge priority in the original game design, but I do have plans to bolster these elements of the game in the future. In addition, I plan to make improvements to level design/variability, the item system, the ability system, and more. Dark souls but for iPhone

This game is very challenging and yet very addictive. It is forgiving at times but other times not so much. It’s very addictive and I’m always finding new things to use item wise or the many of characters skills and how they properly work. Great job. 👍

Thank you! Stay tuned for more updates to items and abilities coming soon!

Fun and

Challenging, turn based, with distinct classes. Would like to see some bigger, preset worlds. Game is like $6 to unlock everything, no ads or pay to win.

Response from developer

Thank you! I don't plan to make preset levels since the procedural generation is what makes each new game unique, but eventually I plan to implement "endless" mode for longer runs.

Easy Accessibility

I am a young quadriplegic (paralyzed neck down) and am also looking for easy accessible games. This one has been my absolute fave, it’s easy and fun to play. Challenging too so I don’t get bored after playing it for a couple days. Does cost $7 to unlock the whole game but the extra characters and levels are worth it to me.

Wow, that really means a lot to hear! I tried to keep the UI simple and the controls streamlined, so it’s wonderful knowing the game is accessible and stays engaging.
