Any update on WhatsApp Business Support
This was once my favourite app but……
Unfortunately it seems to be very dated now and hasn’t been updated in a while.
New feature requests like support for WhatsApp Business messaging which is now my primary method of contacting clients isn’t an option when creating templates or sending messages.
None of the messages I’ve sent to customer support over the last 18 months have not revised a response. The only option to send a support question is via Facebook messenger but all you get back is a default auto response ‘Thank you for reaching out’ and nobody ever gets back to you.
I won’t be renewing my subscription as the product no longer meets my needs which is a shame as it had great potential and could of easily been in the top 100 on the App Store .
