I think that accounts should be frozen when loan is due. You never know the payment is late.

Great app to use. I use it on my tablet and iPhone works very well and never had any issues. Face ID works very well and it’s great not having to mess with passwords.
Useless and Worst Banking App
This app is useless for mobile banking. I am constantly getting logged out and it is constantly down and crashing. I am contemplating switching my bank be side of how far behind this mobile interface is. Why is it 2023 and all other banks have amazing apps and this one is the worst.

Worst app EVER!
App will not stay open once you're in it. Every single time I'm in it refreshes almost immediately. FaceID fails commonly making that function nearly useless as a convenience. I would not recommend this credit union at all. It's too bad their tech support is too stupid to notice that an update might be helpful.

Why can’t I pay my credit card anymore
I don’t mind the refresh and I’m sure I’ll get used to the new layout but I relied on this app to pay my credit card which is been almost impossible to do in any other way.
