Great app
I haven’t had any crashes or problems with this app. It lets you place holds on physical books. Under digital resources, it has a link for the Libby app, which is great for Kindle books.
The biggest improvement I can think of would be to have a wishlist so you don’t have to place a hold.

Acceptable for basic functions
This app is fine for basic things like quick catalog searches and self checkout, but it could be a lot better if it exposed some of the other features from the library website like shelves and reviews.
Nearly Perfect for Routine
Solid app if you are using it for the general things like placing a hold, seeing what position you are in line for a hold, checking what books they have available, etc. The only negative is that the search engine they have does not come up with good results of what you are looking for on occasion.
No ebooks
The app doesn't have any ebooks available in the search results, but they turn up when you search the catalog through the website. It's such a useless app.
Due date not in order
The due date is not organized by earliest due item at top!
Good App
Great, basic App for tracking library activity. Would be even better if you could keep a reading list or queue up books without placing them in hold.
New and Greatly Improved!
A recent upgrade has made ALL the difference! First, it just looks so much better and friendlier. I love the carousel of new books and it’s easier now to register for programs and events. Nice job Allegheny Libraries (specifically Cooper-Siegel!)
App stopped working- won’t even open
7/13/24 What happened?? I used to love this app and used it often. Now it won’t open. 😡
UPDATE 8/6/24 I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it appears to be working now. Not sure why this was necessary. Hopefully there won’t be more trouble.

App will not open now
The application used to work fine and now it tries to open and then closes again. No messages, nothing. Please fix this asap.
Constant Crashing
This app crashes often and generally can’t be fixed without uninstalling and reinstalling.
However, the app is the only way to see your position in line while waiting for physical books. The website will only show you the total number of people waiting, not the number of people in front of you.
Please either add waiting position number to the web portal interface or fix this app. It’s silly to have to use a broken tool over a good one.

Crashes constantly
App is basically useless for the last month.
Lengthy Crash
This app has been crashed for weeks, and is terribly slow when it does work. It’d be nice to have a fully functional, faster app once a fix is made as we use the library quite frequently.
Try going into the app
When I got into the app it ask for which library is mine and I clicked my library and then it ask if this is correct and I said yes and then it took me to a white screen and then took me out of the app to my home screen and then I click it again and it just brought me back to Home Screen. Idk what’s going on!

Crashing
I have been a fan of this app for a while, but recently it's been crashing and won't open unless I uninstall and set it up again. I think this app has great potential. I really like using it to keep track of all my checkouts and holds, but lately it's just not working properly for me.

Okay app under best circumstances. Like being able to place holds. But I’d constantly crashing lately. Search function is lacking and wish it kept track of previously checked out books.

THERE IS A PROBLEM! THE APP IS GIVING ME ISSUES! I TRIED REINSTALLING THE APP, UPDATING THE APP, UPDATING MY PHONE, ETC. NOTHING WORKED! IT CRASHED AND NOW THE APP WILL NOT OPEN!! I CAN'T GET AHOLD OF ANYONE!! THE KINKS NEED TO BE FIXED RIGHT NOW!! THIS APP IS CRASHED AND WON'T OPEN AT ALL!! THIS IS NOT HARD OF A CONCEPT!! GET IT TOGETHER AND FIX THIS NOW!! Average App
This is useful at times, while being a huge annoyance at others. There’s so much needed to be improved, but I fear this is the best that we’re going to get for a while. Selecting the library for holds is one, who wants to scroll through all the libraries in a tiny box. The search function doesn’t allow for the customization that the website allows.

How about some contrast?
It’s impossible to read the screen on two different phones. Needs way more contrast
Can’t self checkout
This app works but on Android I could self checkout. Now when I scan on iPhone the self checkout always fails.
