allegiance is behind an advancing their app, but they’re getting there. They just need to add Zelle now. Overall had a good experience with them in the app.
Overly complicated
This app is not user-friendly. It feels like it was made for computers in 1999. With the amount of finance apps out, the usage of biometrics, and ease of use, Allegius should take notes from all of it’s peers and competitors and work to streamline the login, navigation of services, and over capabilities of its app. This app is annoying to say the least.

Convenience & Features
This app is super convenient and has plenty of different features. I’m super happy that despite being local and smaller compared to other banks, we still have an app to use for banking. With the mobile check deposit feature being released soon it only adds to all the great things to say about the app. I most often use the app for moving money between accounts and checking my ACH deposits that are waiting to post to my account. With the mobile deposit coming soon I’ll be able to use that instead of going to a bank location. Overall very useful app, convenient, and lots of features!

problems with view after last update
After the last update to the app, you have to scroll around the screen to to get area to view everything. Before, the page was sized to fit the screen. Now, it seems the default resolution for this app is set so low you have to scroll to see balances and to get to the options to get other screens within app. Please fix. Never an issue before.

Lacking
Might as well just use your browser. The app just takes you to the website but much slower
