Nie sprzedałem przedmiot ale jednak mialem zapłacić 4,90 zł. Brak informacji przed sprzedażą przedmiotu co muszę coś zapłacić.

Their support team support scammers
They provide options to report scammers in their apps (allegro and allegro lokalnie), but when you report an attempt of users to scam you (such users try to redirect you to other messengers), the support team of allegro just says it is fine, no attempt of scam identified 🤡

A good app but as a non-polish a English language would be a bit bonus.
Issue with chat view
When tapping on a push notification alert of a new message, the view the app opens is missing the banner at the top of the view with the back button, name of user / item / price
This results in having to force close the app and reopen due being unable to navigate out of the chat view

You cant even rate sellers that wont send you items. Avoid as a buyer as even olx is better.
Photo edition issue
After update I’m not able to edit photos in the app. Photo edition is opening.. and that’s it! You can’t make any change/save/cancel or close. I need to restart whole application. And photos are still waiting for edition..

Żenujące UX
To naprawdę niezrozumiałe jak w takiej aplikacji przy robieniu zdjęcia nie ma wydawałoby się oczywistego przycisku do jego odwrócenia. Tym bardziej groteskowe, że chcecie użytkownikowi proponować tutorial odnośnie tego jak robić dobre zdjęcia. Macie tam ludzi od UX? Product ownera z wyobraźnią?

Aplikacja bezuzyteczna dla uzytkownikow allegro standardowego. Wszystko dostosowane pod allegro lokalnie. Jak nizej odpowiedz allegeo, ze nie wspieraja juz zwyklych sprzedawcow. Szkoda slow, mamy 21 wiek, a allegro nie ma aplikacji do zarzadzania aukcjami!
