Don’t buy it, I repeat don’t buy from this app
In the evening, I called again, got to know the item had already been delivered. I was shocked, as I never received any call or the product itself. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I’m now unsure whether I’ll even get my money back. I don’t plan to purchase anything from this app again

Utter disappointment, Please don't buy product directly through their App.
Please don't waste your time buying product directly from their Application. I've ordered two products on 9th October, out of which one came on 12th, but because it was smaller in size, I returned the product, but on their server, it shows that my pickup is failed, and I haven't received any refund yet. Surprisingly, I haven't even received my second product even after being out for delievery since last 4 days.
Better buy the product from other e-commerce apps, as they have better logistics capability.
Now I don't even have idea whether my product will be delievered, or if I would get back my hard-earned money.

Frustrating Experience with Allan Solly App's Payment Option
I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and addresses the technical issues with their app promptly. Until then, I cannot recommend using this app for making purchases, as the payment problems undermine the overall shopping experience.
