Keeps saying to enter my phone number. I’ve tried multiple phone numbers and it won’t let me sign up

I typed in my full list of allergens. Then tested the efficiency of this app by merely checking the printout of my allergens, by using the camera within the app, to see if it found any from my list I typed in….it found ZERO. So how can I trust that it’ll find the items from my allergen list within an ingredients list?! So frustrating!

Great idea/concept
I am so interested and have been searching for an app like this however my allergen is milk and I scanned half and half to test and it told me there’s no allergens found (first ingredient milk)
When I scanned the barcode it informs me that product has not been added yet
But there is no way for me to add it to the system

The app doesn’t work

Was interested in the scanner. App proceeded to tell me that a can of peanuts did not include any allergens.
Pay to enter?
I mean if you want people to pay a premium at least ask for it at the door.. or specify its more or less of a free trial before hand.. i dont understand why people should have to pay for an app like this its actually helpful to a lot of people including myself. Honestly not worth it in the end everyone that lives with an allergy has an idea of what they can and cant eat as well this i think would only be useful on random occasions

Well I purchased this app b/c I have a really bad MSG Allergies. It gives me a headache behind my right eye that is extremely painful. I can't even make a new account on this app. I purchased something that I can't use. How do I get a refund? I’m sad b/c I really wanted something to help me find these hidden msg ingredients.

I checked allergens for granola and listed in the ingredients is coconut but it was not listed as an allergen. It also did state the May Contain ingredients that the package states. They need to put more effort into being more thorough.
Incredibly Helpful For New Allergen Discoveries!
After over a year of searching for the reason as to why I have been so sick and having severe allergic reactions, I’ve finally come to find out that I have a lactose allergy. My reactions have become more severe with time and not knowing exactly what foods contain lactose had me in a panic until I found this app. I have a pretty restricted diet from now on and this app provides so much help in knowing what is okay to eat and what to avoid.

No better than the labels on the products. No information on what is in the natural flavors, Shoah can include soy lecithin. Also no information on dr. Pepper containing pepper which is one of my allergens.
Wonderful app... if you pay
I give this app 4 stars and not 5 because it has a tiered membership the more you pay the more access you have. Having 6 allergies that impact my daily life and Especially my wallet, having to pay monthly for even more to avoid my allergies is draining and frustrating. The app itself is actually way more accurate than other website and apps I’ve tried. I can’t believe it isn’t more popular. It even listed my uncommon food allergy, Onion, as a filter option when customizing my allergy list. Which is not offered on any other app or website. For that I am immensely grateful and impressed.
