Disappointed
I was excited to find an app that fit my needs, but when trying to use the app I started experiencing frustrating glitches and then found out I couldn’t backup my entries to Dropbox. I contacted customer service, but when I didn’t receive any answers to my questions, I promptly deleted the app.
Needs to be updated for modern iOS versions!
This app would be great if it allowed for auto-correct, auto-capitalization of the first word in a sentence and a period being inserted when adding two spaces. Right now it's just so cumbersome to use a phone app that doesn't have autocorrect; I spend twice as long entering in foods and notes that it makes me not want to use the app. If they'd update this I'd pay for it!

Clunky and crashes
Wish my wife would have read the reviews before purchasing this app, as it's not very functional. We tried to use it but gave up and resorted to just writing things down in a journal.
The worst app ever
It always crashes on me and doesn't save the entries. When I edited some entries, it either deleted the other entries or changed the entries I didn't change myself. Yes, please refund. Thank you so much.

I didn't get it at first, but I can see everything I need in the reports tab of the app. Brings everything together to get a good view. Liking it so far!
Save your dollar!
Wanting something to track food and reactions, and while the idea behind this app fulfills that need, it is completely lacking in execution. I can enter food, and "symptoms" but I could never see them again together. Really annoying: like a cheap toy that breaks when you walk out the store. Look elsewhere. There are better.

Very Helpful
This is a good easy to use app for food allergy & sensitivity tracking. It only takes a few mins to input food after each meal. Much better & easier than tracking on paper since my phone is always nearby. I have had only just a few smallish irritations with organization & design.

So useful!
Allergy Journal helped me so much in figuring out that I was lactose and gluten intolerant! I was able to show the reports to my doctor and they could see what I was eating and what exactly caused my symptoms. I love the new design and it's very user friendly.

Time to update!
I just got the reminder to update this app. I use it for my kids when we go on vacation and eat at new places. Simple to use, does what it's supposed to, and a good day to day app.
Too many bugs
Awkward to see journaled data; has bugs that prevent exporting of entered data, rendering data somewhat useless unfortunately.
Foods don't always record
I downloaded this app, attempted several times to add foods but then I could not find my recorded info. It did not save my information. Also the app is not well organized. Please improve this app and the bugs
Update fixed bugs
This app has allowed me to track my diet and single out problem foods quickly and easily. Would be a five star app if food suggestions were populated as you started typing.
Had potential
I recorded a day of meals, then it wouldn't open again. So deleted the app and reloaded. All data was lost Recorded a day of meals again, and now it won't open again. I give up on this app.
Latest update broken
Was useful until latest update, now it won't open at all. Please fix!
